I used to live in the valley so I started seeing krissy at the clinic so the drive wasn't so bad to Vancouver I moved back to Vancouver and I still go back to the clinic because I can call and get an appointment within a few days they seem to care about me and if she doesn't know what it is she will refer me to a specialist This place is great
Does anyone read these reviews? If so, why would you want to go there?
If we could give a zero star, we would. My father in law is in critical condition in the hospital. He is unconscious and in pain. The clinic won't send over his records so the hospital can know what meds he is on. The clinic said they have a DNR on file (to the on call doctor via phone) but won't fax it to the hospital. We call to try and get things moving along and they wont help because we are not the patient. The hospital talks with us about everything but the clinic won't. Absolutely ridiculous practice. You cannot not call the clinic directly - you can only call the "call center" at the number listed and the clinic does not return phone calls. At least they haven't returned ours over the last 3 business days. Not the situation you want if you need a prescription refilled. Go elsewhere.
If I could give a no star review, I would This clinic is barely managed, calling whatever they're doing here management being entirely too generous. My main issue is with a particular employee, a nurse, if memory serves, who I won't name drop out of politeness, which apparently she lacks, as well as a sense of basic professionalism. Why do I say this? Because of what my partner and her family went through at her hands.
