After the lack of patient consideration, and countless phone calls on my part to find any sort of fertility guidance and treatment. I have carefully considered the option to move back to the states and focus my time, money and energy into family planning. Three stars way too many for this office that lacks the ability to provide care for their patients pool. The writing in on the wall, run don't walk to another provider. After 2 weeks of contacting the office and leaving voicemail, my scripts are still not being properly accepted from the pharmacy. The patient can do nothing to resolve without the doctor's assistance and unfortunately the office doesn't answer phones during regular business hours and hasn't followed up after daily documented attempts to contact. Went in February to get on birth control to A. Help with my cramps due to a medical diagnosis ( endometriosis) but also be responsible while being sexually active with my bf. I was recommended to visit this place, and they messed up in billing so I owed. Months and months later, they billed me with fees added. I called and left messages and emails trying to pay my bill, and their response was: “This is our final attempt to reach you. We will be sending you to collections on Friday if we do not receive a payment.” Something to that effect AFTER I literally called, left messages and emails several times asking HOW CAN I PAY?
