This is the absolute BEST medical care I have received on Maui. Ellen Kamenar is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine. I didn't realize they weren't included in my network until after my initial visit so I sought care elsewhere within network. Huge mistake! Ellen continued to follow up with me regarding labs, imaging and answering my questions when no one else would. I decided to return to Ellen for medical services even though she is out of my network. Thorough and personalized care, Dr. G took her time to listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan to my unique situation. Beautiful, clean office, variety of services in one location. Awzul right downstairs also has excellent wellness options. Highly recommend.
Dr Giordano is always amazing! Always makes the time to really listen and be present - I really can't say enough about how excellent her support is!
After the lack of patient consideration, and countless phone calls on my part to find any sort of fertility guidance and treatment. I have carefully considered the option to move back to the states and focus my time, money and energy into family planning. Three stars way too many for this office that lacks the ability to provide care for their patients pool. The writing in on the wall, run don't walk to another provider. After 2 weeks of contacting the office and leaving voicemail, my scripts are still not being properly accepted from the pharmacy. The patient can do nothing to resolve without the doctor's assistance and unfortunately the office doesn't answer phones during regular business hours and hasn't followed up after daily documented attempts to contact.
