There is a staff member named Farhad who is consistently rude and does not know how to treat customers respectfully. On multiple occasions, I have placed orders that were confirmed, but when I arrived to pick them up, he told me they never received my order. This has happened more than once and is extremely frustrating. Better communication and customer service are needed. This experience is unacceptable.
The products at this store are extremely expensive, and the prices are not reasonable at all. This is how a business loses customers instead of building loyalty. Compared with Iqbal Foods and other stores, there is a huge difference in prices. The prices here are unbelievably high. As Afghan customers, we would prefer to support an Afghan-owned store and do our regular grocery shopping here. However, the way the prices are set is completely unreasonable and disappointing.
