The young man in there very nice and helpful, the older lady sitting there doing absolutely nothing just watching tv is rude and so is the older man. They were swearing at me when I was just trying to drive in like they asked me too. They both have absolutely no customer service skills AT ALL! They also speak to the younger man working there like crap too. Maybe you all should learn how to speak and interact with people before you run a business.
Had a flat tire on our rental car. National was less than helpful but this place took care of us quickly and got us back on the road.
