I love going to wahiawa automotive. Very great customer service, they check whatever needs to be & if something isnt working like my lights they changed out my light bulb & I passed my safety. No every where does that! I highly recommend this place to everyone
Very inconvenient. No parking area. Waiting on the street in line. Was told to come back at opening. After inspection off to DMV and return to them to get sticker ..wait in line on the busy street....again. very rude
Never have I ever had a first encounter with a business and left absolutely baffled by the customer service. We waited an hour and a half before opening, as first-time customers, only to be met with rude looks and comments telling us to move and come back later -not even directly, just said while walking away. My husband is hard of hearing, which they had no way of knowing, and the way we were treated was honestly disgusting. They were closed so we waited in line and was all rude and told us to move had stank faces and all so we went somewhere else (Midas) Midas was nice and opens early
Absolutely horrible service! Went there for a safety check 4/27/2026. Could not even believe how incredibly RUDE the lady was, I didn’t d nothing wrong. Warning to everyone if this is a reflection of the job they do on your car be very aware. Just looking out for everyone. We all work hard for our money and service like this should not be tolerated what so ever! Sorry I never usually write reviews but this was BEYOND warranted. Aloha
