About 2 months ago I was given an appt for sleep study as required by Dr Nazneen. I was called the day of the sleep study tonight tell me it was cancelled because HAP had not approved the study request. I called Hap, tgey had never recvd any submission for the sleep study authorization. I called Dr's office in Berkley, but she said the AUTORIZATION OERSON was unable to get thru to HAP, i explained HAP never recvd a request from them.
