I would not recommend this realtor based on my recent experience. Communication was slow and inconsistent — sometimes taking days to get even a basic update. Important details about properties were missed or not disclosed until the last minute, which wasted a lot of my time. I felt there was little effort to understand my needs, and showings often seemed rushed and unprepared. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, and unfortunately this realtor added more frustration rather than helping to make the process smoother.
He is the best realtor in the city, really good at communicating and helped me out through my whole process of buying my house I really recommend him to anyone that wants to get a house.
Both Zara and Waheed made the buying of new property very smooth for us. They are both knowledgeable and aware of the current housing market. With the help of both Zara and Waheed our offer got accepted in the same day by the seller despite of this hot housing market.
