My husband previously saw her dad for his sleep study an CPAP. We brought his his previous sleep study to get RX for travel CPAP . Nothing else total time less 10 minutes with doctor.. I get that they billed as a new patient but high level 60 minutes. This should be insurance fraud. 325.00. I called the office to request a change to short OV they said it’s to cover all the paperwork. It took her less than 2 minutes to fill in the Travel CPAP RX.

My experience with this office was one that was at first, sort of relaxed. He immediately prescribed a medication but my symptoms were unchanged. I did 2 sleep studies but still my symptoms persisted. I pressed them to make changes because I was exhausted and my girlfriend was flipping out from lack of sleep. They called and doubled the dosage of the medication I was on. I tried it for over a week but similar symptoms continued. I met with the Dr. and she said I should do a home sleep study. Waited weeks while sleep study tech was on vacation, finally she called me back and said insurance approved sleep study. I have left 4 messages over the past 3 weeks asking for a call back to schedule the appointment but I have never heard back from anyone. I will call my insurance company looking for another office that does sleep studies.

Made an appointment waited 4 weeks. The morning of the appointment they called and canceled. Told me they can reschedule for 3 weeks later and I marked it in my calendar. Today I called to confirm today’s appointment and they said I did not have an appointment. After waiting on hold for 5 min she came back and said that I don’t have an appointment I told her they rescheduled my original appointment and she said yes it was for 9am today and that I missed it.
