Totally disappointing , we want to install security locks and peep hole. He spend five hours to do the job and messed up wall with black marks, uneven door trimming damaged the door frame. Although he claimed that we didn’t let him complete the job but we don’t want to damage other door and have him spend two hours more. He charged me for $115 for two security latches and one peep hole and five hours of labour cost. FIVE HOURS to install two security locks. Great company to work with! I called for help with a roof leak causing damage to my garage ceiling. Alan showed up to estimate in a few hours and repaired everything the next morning. He arrived on time, fixed the main issue, repaired other roof damage, and fixed the garage ceiling that was water damaged. I found his skills & knowledge perfect for what I needed done. Quick, professional, and exceptional work. If you are in need roof repairs, Alan's your guy. He came out and provided me with a fair and honest assessment and price. He came to my residence, provided an inspection, and helped me understand the work needed to be done to fix the cause of my leaking ceiling. He was diligent and making sure I understood what needed to be completed and made sure I only had the work needed for my roof's given age.
My turbine vent fell off the roof sometime ago. It was raining so heavily, and it sounded as if I heard rain through the ceiling. I reached out via Google, and not even within hours of reaching out. WAF roofing was back in contact with me and was able to contact me speak with me give me a quote and provide service the same day!! Alan was professional he was prompt and efficiently. Got the job done right away. I highly recommend would use him again.
