Elmhurst 這家華豐服務態度極差。我曾多次買到劣質的食品。有時買到蝦干都是沙，煮了整鍋都不能吃。本人住附近三十多年，本著都是鄰居應該互相帮衬。一星期前又買到发霉的桂圓干，把拆了包的丟掉，沒拆包的帶到店裏換。客客氣氣在枱台前和他們商量，可奸商竟然語氣強硬說：沒收據不能換。生意人本應該警惕驗查自己的食品是否出問題。為消費者的健康著想是不是應該去檢查看看自己的食品？可他們无动于衷足以證明他們早己知道桂圓干是壞的。我还是耐著性子去拿了幾包姜片，再和他們說：這包裝上貼有你們的招牌是你們的貸品，又沒拆包怎麼就不能換。他們又怒回我：到哪兒沒收据都不能退換。我只想說：你们沒見識！只是一點點的小钱，你們處理態度真讓人接受不了！送你們一句：生意人應該誠正信實才會長久。
