Matt was super helpful with his skillset and expertise when he replaced my hot water heater with a new one. His crew fixed the issue in 3 hours time. They showed great knowledge and professionalism when I asked them questions. Everything was back to running normally after they finished the job. My family is thankful for their help. I called Richardson Wes for replacement of the hot water tank in my home in July. I'm a repeat customer as this company replaced the last hot water tank I had (over a decade ago). We had James from Richardson Wes came to repaired a gas pipe leak in the furnace rm. He repaired the leak and also inspected other joints in the crawl space from gas meter to the house as well. Truthly professional and cost was reasonable for a peace of mind. Thank you!!
