Matt came to replace our hot water heater. All of the communication before and after was prompt and accurate. Exceptional professionalism and the work was done completely and quickly.
Tidus / Rock have been very helpful and patient with their personalized service. They’re also very knowledgeable about the products and are definitely the electrician/technician to go to locally. Highly recommended!
The job is done however the only complaint I have is that the technician sprayed paint all over the wall.
The leakage of a water supply tube for the toilet might seem a relatively small thing, but the inconvenience it caused was significant. The water shut-off valve was worn out too, we had to turn off the main valves in our unit, so we couldn't use the taps, shower, washing machine etc. I live in an apartment building and we used the building's plumbing contractors in the past but I found the hours and rate they charged were quite unreasonable. I highly recommend Wah Fai for their professional service and honest pricing. They patiently walked me through the different hot water tank options without any sales pressure. Unlike another company that tried to push an expensive package with an unnecessary overflow tray and extra tank, Wah Fai’s pricing was completely transparent. Matt completed the installation with great attention to detail, ensuring the tank was perfectly level. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
