Our 7.5 years old mid-efficiency boiler needed service. Since we had many issues with this boiler after it was in service. The technician advised us to replace it with a high efficient tankless water heater. A team of three technicians lead by Raymond came over to our house on March 25, 2025 to start the new installation. After eight hours of dedicated and hard work, they finished the project on time.

I could not have asked for better service and professionalism. They were on time, great communication, the options were well explained and the final completed work was excellent. One of their technicians, Rock, arrived early on a Saturday morning, spent almost a whole day -replaced the old boiler, flush and drain the boiler system, and replace a new boiler - his attention to detail was very much appreciated. I've been dealing with the company for more than 30 years. They are a great staff that takes the time to explain the situation and repair required. The people who answer the phones can speak Chinese and English, which is helpful. I won't hesitate to recommend them. They have reasonable and fair prices.

This is the first time that I get their service. They do the excellent job for the hot water tank replacement. Thank you Matthew for the good job. From now on I know this is the heating and plumbing company that I can trust. Tidus explains the detail for me since I do it for my friend in Hong Kong. They are professional and efficient.
