We hired a technician that happened to live minutes from our house to help us fix the gas leak in our home that Fortis has advised us about. For some strange reason though, not sure if related, after the leak was fixed, our gas bill went from being astronomically low one month to astronomically high the next month. We questioned Fortis and they didn’t see any anomalies.. Then when the snow storm happened early 2025, our heater stopped working properly. Sing at Wah Fai handled my issue and spent time over the phone to assess where the leaks were and what parts were needed through the emailed photos of the leaks underneath the kitchen sink. He took a few days to check on the parts and booked the technician to come on the day. The technician was outstanding - thorough and willing to explain issues and fixes along the way. He also made some recommendation's.
