Really unprofessional how they mange new clients. I spoke to them on the phone about taking on my dog. They said they would meet my dog the next week. Then they sent an email saying they suddenly couldn’t come meet my dog. Because I didn’t see that email and didn’t reply in 3 days they “assumed “ I no longer wanted walks and gave away the time slot in our area.
