Sadly 1 star is to high. We had high expectations and were encouraged by other reviews. However, extremely disappointed. Our house was put at major risk and we wouldn’t have been insured because our main door was not locked when we returned. We were asked am I really that bad when we asked for they keys to be returned they were after we asked fives times and received excuses saying they thought their 14 year old daughter had locked it. Took great care of my dog for the last few years!
Wags West has done a terrific job taking care of our puppy, Phoebe, for the past 10 months. They are very responsive, flexible with scheduling, and extremely reliable in providing care. Would recommend!
The Wags West team is top notch. They take great care of our dog, are flexible adding new walks (for evenings and weekends) and are always friendly. I recommend them to my friends in the UWS
