We took are two yorkie dogs in for a basic groom. An hour later the groomer calls and informs me that my dog has a yeast infection and wants me to approve the use of a medicated shampoo that will cost ten dollars more. I said no thank you as we have a regular vet that we use. The groomer then told me that she had to charge me ten dollars more per dog because it took her longer than expected. Today was our first and last time getting our puppies groomed here, if you care about the way your dogs look DO NOT take them here. I have a 6month old 4lb yorkiepoo who has the most beautiful coat and just needed a trim and her first puppy cut, we told her just to TRIM and keep her fluffy!!! When my husband picked up our fur babies he was shocked, she SHAVED my yorkie poo and our Maltese!!! They looked like rats and the face was cut very uneven!! My yorkie poo was almost unrecognizable!! She always does a great job on our 2 Minature American Eskimo dogs, and our 2 persian cats, and have since adopted another persian for Andrea to groom, She does a Fantastic job on all of our pets, and hope she will be around for a long time, she is fast and reasonably priced. Thank You for being our pet groomer
