Nan is the best, she is great at her craft and I don't take my mini schnauzer anywhere else
Went once and the cut was not the worst and it was very quick. Called in for a longshot appointment for two ten pound dogs. "What breeds?" (Maltese, Morkie) "Nope, i dont think so." Understand the generalization that there may be more work, but if you had asked, it was just a bath. If either your skill or your customer service were enjoyable, I would try a third time.
Won't go here! Called to make an appointment whoever answered was terse and had no customer service experience. I called twin peaks veterinary center which has a groomer on site and the receptionist was polite and very informative. See you Friday, twin peaks!

Great customer service. They picked up my dog who was very apprehensive to have her nails trimmed. Very kind and knowledgable staff!
