Really awesome doctors but I think office management isn't good because I left countless messages saying I need an appointment and couldn't get 1
Forget about trying to speak on the phone with someone. They should not pay a telephone bill because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! They ask you to press different numbers for different services and no one answers any of them. You leave a message and nothing! Then to get your prescription filled, forget about it. Good luck
Doctors should be compassionate ands caring. Matthew Manzo is the opposite of those two things. Stay far, far away from this practice and tell your friends to do the same.
