Our landscaper recommended arborvitae for our privacy fence & Wagoners Nursery LLC provided a great product. We were so pleased with Bruce’s customer service through the purchasing & shipping process!
Bruce Wagoner’s nursery is wonderful!! We purchased our trees from Bruce @Wagoners Nursery LLC for two different homes over the years. One in Greensboro NC and at High Rock Lake in Lexington NC. The crew and customer service was awesome! The installation went smoothly. Bruce recommended the right, kind of tree for shade, our lot size and the soil to our landscaper. You can tell that Bruce knows his business!!
I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from Wagoner's. I had hired a landscaper who got the trees he planted in my yard from this nursery. 3 or 8 trees died within 4 months of planting. I was never offered a guarantee on the trees. I contacted both the landscaper and Wagoners to see what could be done. Wagoner's admitted to me that one of the same trees as I had planted had also died at the nursery. I gave a deposit for 40 trees to be picked up in December.l let Bruce know in October that I wasn’t going to be able to pick them up. He said he would refund my deposit. I called to check on the refund a couple of times. Got excuses as to why it hadn’t been sent. Emailed yesterday and got a rude response saying “ your trees are in a bay in the mountains “ I called shortly after and when I asked if it was Bruce he hung up on me. Wagoners Nursery was wonderful to work with! I needed trees for my front yard and Bruce was so helpful and knowledgeable about what would work best! My new trees look fabulous and I would highly recommend Wagoners nursery!
