Matt and Dan are so sweet, very thankful to have found them. I came in all frazzled because a different local mechanic had put me through a saga of repair issues and these two guys just spent almost 3 hours with me going over every single thing that could potentially be a problem and they were just really kind to me and helped me to feel better.
I've purchased tires from the O'Malley, and they've always been great, even repaired a new tire for free that picked up a nail. Recently I had a tie rod come off which my normal repair shop couldn't fix (no alinement rig), he recommended O'Malley and as with their tire work, they did a great job quickly and at a really reasonable price. Glad he recommended them, I've absolutely no complaints.
Let me first say that I don’t personally know anyone that works for or has any interest in O”Malleys and I’ve not been asked by anyone to leave this review. I have done business with them 3 or 4 times and they have been extremely helpful, courteous and fast and they do quality work which I find is a rare combination in business these days. They deserve to have you as a customer.
These guys are great. We got a screw in our tire on a day we hoped to cover a lot more miles on our day off. (Another tire place south of Marble Falls simply said "we're real busy; it'll be a long while", which is up front, but we are talking about a 15 minute procedure???). We drove to O'Malley's north of town. They were efficient, organized and did the job quickly. I can't even tell you how inexpensive the repair was (hint: it was a 'steal") MUCH APPRECIATED. A Class Act all around!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After a horizontal day that left me looking like a total trainwreck, I pulled into O'Malleys for a tire repair. Colby was an absolute rockstar from the jump. He was direct and honest about the damage, but I really appreciated that he still made a genuine effort to see if it could be saved first. While waiting, Joey provided phenomenal customer service.
