This shop and its staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. My experiences have always been top notch. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. They take care of you and my wait times have always been reasonable. We also own a business and they have helped to keep our equipment running and in good shape. I bought four brand new rims and tires online and had O'Malley tire mount and balance them for me, they were immediately out of balance and vibrated at 60. When the rims were shipped I inspected them thoroughly because I plan to ship them back if there was anything wrong. I brought them back to the shop to get them rebalanced and they told me that two of the rims are bent? They were not bent when I brought them to get mounted.
