Normally, I can get hold of a person @ this DHS with no issue. Ive been on the phone for 2 1/2hrs & still being told it'll be another 30mins this is ridiculous. I called yesterday was supposed to be on the wait list for a call back never got that call either. Can someone please answer the damn phone.
