Easy Communication! Clear and Straightforward pricing. I was able to apply and start using same day. Location was perfect as we were between moving homes. Thank you!!
We ended up not using this company for our storage needs, but this place understands great customer service - answered my after hours info request sooner than expected, followed up to check if I got everything needed.
They are hosting toys for tot’s this year and they were super strict about what time to be there for pickup and not to be late meanwhile they made women stand outside for thirty minutes. Poor management and operation this year. Plus the ladies working it this year were all rude.
It’s great to be able to work with an actual human being these days as most of the storage units we looked at was practically automated. Candice has been attentive and also accommodating, I highly recommend them.
