A nice community. Not well maintained or secure! I have a few friends who live in the park. It is NOT a nice place, although the people are. The park is dangerously dark at night. The street appears to have never been resurfaced in the lifetime of the park. I have been there twice when due to bad power, I'm guessing they had a park wide outage. I have talked to my friends and other tenants there and nobody is happy! The management is unapproachable and for most of the tenants won't answer the door... DURING business hours. O... read more

great place to be Park is kept up very clean and nice. Park is smaller then other ones around which is nice because it feels more cozy and homey. Just a block away from there new incredible library. and amazing shopping just a few steps away. Close to freeway entrances but you can not hear a single car go by. Great place to be.
Wagon Wheel Mobile Home Park This is conveniently located within walking distance of stores. The park seems a little congested but I guess most of them do. They adhere to strict rules.
