My Favorite Groomer I love coming here! The people are always very nice and they have new puppies in every couple days. I love the new groomer Kasey she always takes care of my dog and is very personal with me. She doesn't just take my dog and ignore me. The store is very intimate it is not like a large pet chain where you never know who is in the back with your dog. They always have the door open to the back so I can watch my dog while they are grooming him. I have watched them with the dogs they are nice to all of them eve... read more

Not thrilled A friend told me to go here to have my dog groomed, so I decided to try it. I asked to have my dog's nails clipped because it had been 3 weeks (they looked short because they had been very well maintained up until that point). They refused. I asked to go back and see if it was her that was howling, since it was her firts time being groomed professionally since I rescued her. They said no. I asked if they could check and see if it was her howling so I knew if she was reacting negatively and they said no. The woma... read more

Wagon Train Feed & Tack is aweful This store sucks and so does Margaret, customer service is terrible. It is all about making money to her and not being sensitive to the pets and customer needs.

Mean to dogs. Bad cuts. Mucho $ Took my dog there for a cut. Got him back and none of what I asked for was done. She just took some shears and went over his body. I asked for his hair to be left long on top of his head, and leave his legs long. Didnt happen. Just sheared him. Once home, I noticed there were all kinds of tuffs and uneven cuts. All for 45 bucks. While there I saw the groomer cutting a dog that barked just a little. She grabbed him by the neck and shouted "SHUT UP!" They lost me as a customer,

Wagon Train Feed & Tack is wonderful The wagon train is a small store with lots of surprises in every corner.Margret the owner, is very helpful and informed person. The grooming staff works extremely hard to provide a well quality groom for each and every pet. I have had my animal many of times to see Margret and the others, and never have I ever seen or heard bad things. They are all very patient with the animals and take proper care of all of them. I highly recommend them .

Great Service and atmosphere I have gotten my dogs groomed here and have recommended all my friends and family. From what I've read this place has unfairly been given a bad rep. I know that no business is perfect but you have to remember there are different groomers and employees if one doesn't work for you try another( meaning groomer). I myself switched groomers till I found the one I have now :) I have also talked to the owner and she is a very nice woman. I told her about the complaints on this site and she said she has ... read more

It is a perfect example of a locally owned shop, that not only has the supplies for pets, but is a friendly place for pet owners. Their merchandise expresses it as a happy place, celebrating the day.
