I would not recommend buying a trailer from this company. After just three days of using the trailer, I noticed excessive wheel play, the trailer brake system started showing an error, and all the lights on the right side of the trailer stopped working. The wiring was installed under tension, as if they couldn't spare an extra two inches of wire. The overall workmanship is extremely poor. Customer service has been terrible. Instead of standing behind their product, I've had to deal with these problems on the road while worki... read more

Terrible experience. I purchased one of their trailers and it started falling apart almost immediately. When it came time for them to stand behind their product and make things right, they failed to do so. This feels like a complete ripoff—and based on their reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had issues.

This is how Wagon Master chooses to do business. We bought and picked up this trailer in person directly from Lynn at their Tifton, GA location, and within less than 30 days it already had major issues — leaks, lights not working, rust, loose parts, and now the electric brakes don’t work, making it unsafe. Now they’re also trying to play... read more

The sales process with Wagon Master went smoothly — no issues there. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. Within less than 30 days of ownership, I started experiencing multiple serious problems with a brand-new trailer that should not be happening under any circumstances. This trailer has been lightly used, never overloaded, and issues began almost immediately. Here’s what I’ve dealt with so far: • Roof leaks causing water intrusion and interior ceiling damage • Multiple exterior lights not working, incl... read more

Sales process was smooth, but everything after that has been a nightmare. Within less than 30 days, this brand-new trailer started having serious issues — roof leaks, multiple lights not working, rust already forming, loose/missing hardware, doors leaking and misaligned, interior flooring issues, and electrical problems. Now the biggest issue: the trailer intermittently shows “disconnected” and the electric brakes do not work, making it unsafe to operate. Instead of taking responsibility, Lynn’s response was to point to warr... read more
