wonderful experience so far, all the staff I have spoken too so far is very engaged. Whenever i needed help or clarification they have been right on it. When asking for a call back about detailed instructions prior to a procedure Tatyana and the staff have been very attentive and thorough in giving us everything we need.
Dr. Shah and Sam were so helpful with Gizmo! Would recommend to anyone. :)
In honor of Roy, I feel I need to share our experience. For over two months, we kept bringing Roy to this clinic looking for answers. Instead of getting a diagnosis, we were repeatedly asked to pay for more tests and procedures while his condition continued to worsen. In the end, Roy was suffering from prostate cancer, something that was never identified despite all the time, appointments, and money we invested. I’ve been taking my dog Chowder to Wagnolia for the past seven years - Dr. Joshi and her crew are wonderful. They’re thorough, kind, and have my dog’s best interests in mind always. They have many treatment options and don’t pressure one way or the other. Highly recommend them!
