Terrific management and customer service. We had a mishap with a product return and Brian went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We were referred to Wagner’s by a friend and are happy to do the same on here!
This place has great customer service! I purchased a pair of Hoka’s and hated them because they caused me to pronate on my runs (I am a neutral runner). I went there while in town for a game and I was able to exchange the Hoka’s for a different pair of running shoes. And they served me a beer while I was trying on shoes!
Joe was great when I emailed looking a pair good running shoes, he's prompt at answering my email. When came he very knowledgeable on the shoes and what would best for my feet. My shoes are great and will bring my wife by soon. Thanks Joe
