Brought the same 100LB (~24 gallons LPG) propane bottle I've been getting filled for years here and Kenny (he even filled it one time last year) refused to fill it last week because it didn't have an OPD valve. He first said the tank was a 60lb tank, which, it isn't. 100LB bottles don't come with OPD valves only POL style valve. Contacted them via e-mail. No response.
Horrible customer service. Joe the service manager was a disgrace to work with. After damaging wood paneling and losing 2 panels in my RV, he refused to compensate for the damage his "techs" (if you can even call them that) caused while installing our new fridge that was covered under warranty. Not only did they damage my property, they lost panels and refused to replace them. Disgusted with this company. Beware of these con artists.
