Let me start by saying the owner was nice enough and professional while scheduling and getting a time for my seasonal check up. He seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the techs that came out didn't seem as helpful. I was gone so my wife was home to let them in while they worked. I had called them before and after to outline what I was looking for.
