We stopped into Wagner’s Home Center in New Brighton this morning while getting our house ready to sell. The window balances in our attic were broken. I had already ordered the right parts but couldn’t figure out what I was missing, so we went in to see if they had something different. Turns out I had the right parts all along. I just didn’t know the balances needed to be wound to create tension.
