We are relatively new to the neighborhood (moved to North Ridgeville in 2021) we have been looking for reliable mechanic since that time. I recently purchased a new vehicle and since purchase the check engine light has been on and off. Did more work than was asked to do and was not needed. Charged for it without asking.
First time going to Wagner’s and I was really pleased with the service and price. Called around and received some pretty insane quotes from surrounding places. Wagners beat them all.
This shop buys parts from vendors then reports the charge as fraud. Obviously no integrity. Be careful bringing your vehicle to a place like this.
