As first time homeowners we came to realize very quickly that anything that “can” happen, will happen with a new house. We had been in our home for about a week before we noticed that the water wasn't coming out hot but lukewarm, and at times not even coming out warm. Professional
We have had Wagner out to trouble shoot our 22+ year old water softener. They were amazing. Tried a few things that helped, but ultimately we needed a new softener. They replaced it quickly and removed the old one. No mess was left behind. They did not pressure us to replace it. They were sincere in trying to keep the old one running. Once replaced, they showed me why the old one was no longer working like it should. The prices were very good. Staff was wonderful. Very pleased with Wagner Water Systems.
I had a water main break and they came out that night, stayed for 5 hours until it was fixed and I had water back, then came back the next day and finished it up. Great customer service!!! I would recommend them even for more difficult jobs!!!
Tim was awesome at answering ALL my questions. Got me hooked with with everything I needed out here in the country with horrible well water! Very very reasonable and still answered questions on what I needed to do ta reset things when power went out. Wonder service and great customer service!
