I spoke with Mr. McLaughlin and he was beyond rude, abrupt and had zero empathy for my situation. I looked up Legal Malpractice and my case falls under the criteria but he said it did not, seemingly after hearing the amount in contention. Shameful. You can be polite in the way you speak to those seeking help, even if you have to turn them away. You never know who I wouldn't refer!
Mr. Wagner is an excellent attorney. He is effective, efficient & actually cares about his clients. A rare gem! At one of the most difficult times in my life, he restored my faith in humanity.
