I am very impressed with Wagner Subaru’s Service Department. I swore I’d never buy another Subaru after dealing with Subaru of Dayton and being treated poorly. Well, my husband wanted a Subaru so here we are. I chose Wagner to service his ‘24 Solterra and I’m so glad I did. They have two dedicated EV techs so I know we’re in good hands. ***Updated*** I scheduled an appointment to install a remote start a week in advance. I drop my car off and get a voicemail the next morning that the part is not in and it would take an extra day creating an extra trip for me to get stuff out of my car I needed. * The service department acknowledged the mistake and apologized * They then offered to actually drive my car to me so I didn't need to make an extra trip to get my belongings * Lastly, they extended their usual radius to search for the part and found one just outsid... read more
Really appreciate the service center. They are honest about what should be dealt with soon, and what to keep an eye on in case it gets worst.
