Disappointed- my car was sent in as part of an insurance claim and came back with so many issues or just poorly done aspects. They failed to notice that my entire rear coil was out of place meaning I got given back a car that was not roadworthy and could've caused me to get in a serious crash, especially having to drive it home from Nambour to Brisbane! Their reasoning was they didn't check the back because it wasn't 'part of the accident' which is pure negligence on their end as anything could've happened during a breakdown... read more
