I called in a panic because my rat was drooling and I thought she was going to die but whoever picked up the phone stayed calm and clearly explained what to do, when to do it, and who to contact. My rat ended up okay, I’m so thankful that my call was answered quickly and I wasn’t made to feel like a bad owner. Thank you so much!
They did not care. I really needed Dr. Wagner to see me right away because I have a bird and birds die in 24 hours if something is wrong and they are not seen. This is January 30 and I was told they do not take emergencies. They can not schedule me to come in until March.
