I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged a $100 service call fee that was never disclosed to me before the visit. Had I been informed, I would have made a different decision. When I called to question it, the women I spoke with were extremely rude and condescending. Instead of addressing the concern, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault for not asking.
