Unfortunately, I had a tooth that cracked and needed to be extracted. They were absolutely wonderful from the first phone call, Through the painless appointment… all the way to the follow up phone call with the doctor. I had no pain no anxiety they do a wonderful job!
I am 100% delighted by the service we received at Lakeside. My 89 year old mother fell and needed to see an oral surgeon as soon as possible. Dr. Pamula was able to see her the same day, and performed surgery the next day. Dr Pamula and his staff were unfailingly kind, patient, and helpful.
I went here to get my wisdom teeth out. At the consultation I was given a xray that had I been notified what the xray was, I would’ve known my insurance didn’t cover it. But they didn’t warn me of this they had me to it. Costing me 330 dollars simply for a scan that I ultimately didn’t need. After the xray I was given a quote of an outrageous out of pocket amount for the surgery. Somewhere in the ballpark of 800. Dr. Pamula took all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. He and his team did an amazing job, answered all of my questions, and accommodated my medical issues. They even sent home a bag of things to help post op. By following their recommendations, and using the care package, I had a fast and easy recovery!
Everyone was efficient, friendly and professional! The staff and Dr Wagner took great care of me!
