Came to view a unit this morning and whomever is showing these units is very rude! She needs to have better communication skills, as well as learning how to talk to individuals who are not like her. FHA clearly did not apply to her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
DEAR GOD RUN RUN RUN, the lot rent is cheap, the parks are not that bad but Jan Wagner is the biggest rudest most annoying nosey B!TCH you will ever ever meet, she will want a document of everytime you had a bm movement that month. NO JOKE, she complains about everything and i mean everything ....and never answers the phone or does any kind of maintenance on the parks but she will come out and pound on your door for long periods of time days in and days out if your rent in late....also she failed to inform a lot of her tenan... read more
When concerns were expressed over the condition of the roads and how property was kept...the manager decided to use choice words that were not appropriate! Has the history of being this inappropriate with others! VERY RIDICULOUS!!!
