Emergency service was provided to me today from Cory Wagner. He arrived promptly, had all the right equipment, explained well what the problem was and what work would be performed. He answered every question in detail that I asked. Showed me with the live camera footage the extent of the problem. The City of Berlin recommended Cory Wagner and so do I after having him respond to my emergency and repair my problem.
They came to help our sewer line backed up. Great communication, very timely, and friendly. I would recommend.
These guys were way more helpful than local plumbers I was dealing with for my draining issues. I truly appreciate the constant communication on trying to problem solve and then the immediate response getting to my house when things turned into a disaster!!
HUGE shout out to Wagner Utility & Excavating, LLC. While we were miles away at our niece's wedding, we got the dreaded call. The sewer, at our rented commercial shop was clogged! It was bubbling like crude oil out of the floor drain ! We called Cory, who quickly responded and accessed the situation. He Jetted the lines. And all was well again.
