The entire staff, receptionist, assistants, doctors etc, at the Wagner-Kapoor Chesapeake office is exceptional. They were all extremely friendly, polite, compassionate and knowledgeable. They greet every patient who steps through that door with kindness compassion, and professionalism. I believe most patients who go to this facility is there for a specific visual problem which can be scary and traumatic. The kindness of the staff helps ease how that fear. That was my experience.
