I had a USG pickup here Very nice staff U have to unhook your trailer and park it in the parking area They will load and secure it by themselves For check in don’t call any number just go in 2 hrs for a pickup
Had a 9am appointment,arrived at 8:15 gave me a door right away . It’s 11am now ,they didn’t even touch my trailer. This place is a waste of life .
I guess I have no luck here today I don't know. 2 hours and still no door. I do not like companies that refuse to talk to drivers face to face. No respect for people any more.
