If yall need to do a bankruptcy use Todd Wagner he is the best and will treat you like family and get you through it
I used Todd over 10 years ago to file bankruptcy and he was super helpful then but I have misplaced my paperwork and I am trying to turn utilities on on my home town and they wanted me to pay a balance that was included in the bankruptcy. I called his office and they were so helpful and sent the paperwork right over
Todd and his team great to work with. They were very clear , supportive, and patient on the process and the items he needed to process everything. This is not the most ideal situation to ever be in, but if you are, these guys are who you want in your corner.
We are very grateful for Todd and his help during our difficult time. No one hopes or expects to pull the pin on the bankruptcy grenade, but sometimes it may be the only way to find your way through the morass of bills and debt.
