All I can say is Becky and Nikkita are the BEST. The minute I met both of them I knew I had chosen the right team. This was a difficult sale since I was on the other side of the state. They handled so much for me, and went way out of their way to make sure things were done correctly. I could’ve never done this without them. 🤗

Becky and Nikkita were great! The whole process of buying was handled well. They are knowledgeable, honest and work hard . They showed me houses that met my criteria, offered valuable insights on the area and market, and worked tirelessly with everyone involved (inspectors, insurance agents, title companies, etc). I will use them when I am ready for a new place.

We just closed on the sale of our third property with Nikkita and Becky. They were easy to work with and did a great job negotiating the highest sales price for each property.
