I can’t say enough great things about Nikita and her team. Though my home was only modestly priced, I was treated with the same energy and drive to obtain the best price possible. I moved out of the state before selling and Nikita was an excellent communicator and kept me informed regularly on any showings and interests. I really appreciate her hard work on getting my home sold.

We have used Main Street Properties Property Management for over 10 years and they are great to work with. All I can say is Becky and Nikkita are the BEST. The minute I met both of them I knew I had chosen the right team. This was a difficult sale since I was on the other side of the state. They handled so much for me, and went way out of their way to make sure things were done correctly. I could’ve never done this without them. 🤗

Becky and Nikkita were great! The whole process of buying was handled well. They are knowledgeable, honest and work hard . They showed me houses that met my criteria, offered valuable insights on the area and market, and worked tirelessly with everyone involved (inspectors, insurance agents, title companies, etc). I will use them when I am ready for a new place.
