Mark and Phill take great care of all my insurance needs. Love having a local office I can stop by and talk to someone in person, instead of a national hotline.
This is a locally owned agency. The trend in the industry is for investor groups to buy these agencies. The local agency I was with for years was purchased by one of these groups. So I switched. Also Auto-Owners is a Michigan based insurance company.
I drive less than 50 miles a month just got new policy 160. ..never had a ticket. Never lasted my insurance IN MY LIFE. the underwriter or the policy holder is a rip off #
