When i arrived at Wagner heights for my mother rehab she was given a bed that had blood from a previous patient whose bed sheets were not changed. Obviously they were not prepared for her arrival. Immediately while walking to her room the smell of feces urine and just poor maintenance was in the air. Staff was unable to give assistance to my mother and her needs.
