This 1 star review is based solely on the owner's response to problems that arose from his crew's work. After having 8 interior doors replaced by Wagner Dooring over 2 days we found some minor issues that required attention (door casing not lining up, some holes not covered from installation, etc.) We were not worried as we knew Wagner had to come back since one door was cracked from the manufacturer. I had to hold the button to close the garage door. Turns out that the garage door safety sensor beams were out of alignment. The company charged me 250$ for adjusting the garage door safety sensor beams that took less than 5 minutes!! I would avoid this company in the future!

These guys are not worth your time. Unfortunately, they have gone more than $1000 over quote twice now. We foolishly have them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. They did not finish one of those jobs. They stood me up on two scheduled appointments and showed up late and without necessary tools causing them to take longer. Give your money to someone else. They aren't good enough to be worth the nonsense they bring to the job.

I have a double insulated garage door and a spring broke. Wagner replaced both springs, of course, but charged the ridiculous price of $550! If I had my brain engaged, I would have offered them $200 or told them to go away. Talk about gouging!

My commits mimic many others. Came out and quoted a door and told us what to buy from Menards. Quoted $700 for installation and it was $1500. We had trouble with leakage and had Joe the owner come out and he temporarily forgot they quoted and installed the door and he went on and on about how poor the installation quality was. We wanted a high lift door and a follow the roof pitch was installed. We have spent a year trying to get them to come out to fix it with no success.
