One of the most rudest customer service here. Was told twice not to enter an area in the shop even though I wasn’t entering it! Wanted to send a picture of a bouquet to my friend to show her which one I liked the most and was rudely told making videos isn’t allowed - even though I wasn’t making a video at all! Horrible customer service.
Valentine bouquet was more beautiful than online photo. delivery was on time even a little early. everything went well, thank you!!
