Called on the 29th was told they close at 5:00 so asked them about Saturday they said at noon so ended up no going till 2th parts wasn’t in stock as they said when I called showed up on Saturday the 7th at 10:50 am and there closed called and a guy answered me to tell me they don’t open weekends!!! As “polite” as I am I never ask for names when on the phone also not from Hobbs so only made the trip for this twice and it’s going to be 3 times if when I come during the week they actually have the part I ordered!!! *Update* Jul... read more

Worst parts department ever. Always losing parts, not getting parts when they say... give you the run around. All you ever hear is "I'm sorry!" Well sorry dosent fix our down machine. I've driven to Odessa a couple of times for parts. This place just sucks at customer service!! But what other options do we have. I can't drive to Odessa all the time! It don't help to complain. I've tried. Good luck!!!
