Was slow to respond initially (2 weeks) and took a long time for the estimate (10+ days) but he did finally get back to me so I am updating this review to delete some of the things I said that are no longer applicable and bumping the rating up from 1 to 3 stars. Already hired someone else while waiting...
Wagner did a first class at very reasonable price. He is a true hard to find craftsman.
