Katie was amazing to work with. She returned my call quickly. Scheduling a time that worked for both of us was very easy. She explained both the process and products she uses in an easy to understand way. Her friendly , professional attitude was another positive. And the carpets were not left saturated and dried quickly. She even followed up to see if I was happy with the results. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Do not hesitate to call and schedule, you will not be disappointed.

I found Katie through the Facebook community group and I'm so glad I did! We are welcoming our 4th baby and our carpets needed a good scrub. Our carpets are well loved with a family of five plus a dog and she made our carpets sparkle and extended the life of them. I would like to recommend Katie from Wagner Carpet Cleaning. She was awesome from start to finish. Prompt return call to set up an appointment, arrived on time and was very professional. She cleaned our carpet to look just like new. Also, very informative regarding organic ingredients and very little water used. I will definitely be calling Katie for future cleanings!
