Has been a wonderful living experience so far! The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. My unit is very large and bright.
I have lived in Wagner Awning for three years and couldn't have asked for a better place to live. When I first moved to Cleveland from out of town, I didn't know about where to live, but was lucky to stumble upon this gem. The location and charm of the building are amazing. I love the quaint atmosphere of Tremont coupled with the short drive to downtown. The staff at SCA have have exceeded all expectations. They did a great job keeping the character of the building. Maintenance staff is prompt and always helpful. There are no breed or size restrictions with pets which is a plus. Would recommend!
Wagner Awning has been the best place I've ever lived in Cleveland - period! This is the first place I've lived where I can tell that management actually cares about their tenants wellbeing and safety. Maintenance is also quick to respond and help if something goes wrong at your apartment! Not only are the apartments beautiful and spacious, but the pet-friendliness is what really drew me in. These apartments have tall ceilings, wood floors, and big windows. Tons of light can reach the apartment, which is great! Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly, and management keeps residents up to date of city/apartment happenings. Overall a friendly community across the SCA properties.
