The facility is fenced plus we have perimeter and other cameras in use. Automatic keypad at gate entrance and exit. We are using on the perimeter light poles, state of the art LED lighting. Great to work with. Very transparent and accommodating within reason.
I had a hold on a 10x30 storage unit. When it came time to go and get said unit. I was told they don't have that size and they don't put holds on anything. Even though I confirmed all of it 1 month prior to me getting my unit. In the same breath I was told they only have 10x25 units and even if they had any available my business wasn't welcome.
